Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Diversion Hub provides strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the organization is effectively addressing the gaps in the criminal legal system and adhering to our mission. They play a critical role in securing resources and advocating for policies that support successful diversion programs.

Each board member brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table. Their commitment goes beyond simply providing oversight; they actively contribute to the achievement of Diversion Hub’s mission.

Sue Ann Arnall

Founder & Chairperson

Sue Ann Arnall is an energy industry veteran, achieving numerous milestones for Continental Resources, Inc., and other companies in the industry. In 2015, Ms. Arnall founded the Arnall Family Foundation which focuses on child welfare, animal welfare, and criminal justice reform. She is passionately focused on solutions that lower the incarceration rate and racial disparity among African Americans in U.S. jails and prisons.

Mike Joseph

Vice-Chairperson

Michael Joseph is a transactional lawyer widely regarded for his experience and expertise in representing clients in a broad range of corporate, healthcare, franchise and business law matters. He also represents numerous industry leaders, as well as emerging companies and tax-exempt organizations, in a variety of business transactions. In addition to transactional work, Mike regularly advises senior management and boards of directors on organizational and operational matters.

Steve Agee

Treasurer

Dr. Steve Agee is an economist specializing in energy policy, banking, monetary theory and macroeconomic policy. Having earned a Master’s and Ph.D. in economics, Dr. Agee served in the private sector for thirty years as President and COO of oil and natural gas exploration and production companies. Dr. Agree transitioned back to academia in 2010 and will have served 10 years as the Dean of the Meinders School of Business.

Erika Lucas

Secretary

Born and raised in Mexico, Erika started her career facilitating the establishment and successful operation of several international companies in Mexico. Prior to launching StitchCrew, she was President of a Private Equity Firm with investments in the U.S. and Europe. She is often speaking about the missed opportunity of investing in women and people of color, how technology is making a large portion of our workforce obsolete as well as the economic contributions of immigrants.

Suzanne Mitchell

Board Member

Suzanne Mitchell has served on the bench as a United States Magistrate Judge in the Western District of Oklahoma since 2013. She serves on the Court Assisted Recovery Court, a federal reentry court that focuses on intensive treatment to help recently released nonviolent offenders reintegrate into society. In May 2020, Chief Justice John G. Roberts appointed her to serve as the Magistrate Judge on the International Judicial Relations Committee of the U.S. Judicial Conference. She also chairs the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts’ Magistrate Judge Advisory Group and serves on the Human Resources Advisory Council. Judge Mitchell is active in the Federal Bar Association, serving as President of the Oklahoma City Chapter for 2017-18 and as the Vice President for the Tenth Circuit from 2018-21. She received the FBA’s Outstanding Chapter Leadership Award for her service and is an active mentor for the FBA. A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, she also studied at the London School of Economics. She earned her law degree with high honors from George Washington University, where she was awarded Order of the Coif and served as an editor on the George Washington Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.

Frank Turner

Frank Turner has over 15 years experience in corporate and private business. After starting and partnering other businesses, Mr. Turner founded Turner Management, Inc. in 2007. Turner Management, Inc., has an outstanding reputation in business diversity and creative business solutions. It’s mission and vision is to see idealists and new business owners have a resource to assist with challenges of business ownership offering a variety of services that will allow clients to find a positive solution.
